About Six Strong | For Students
Six Strong is a seven-week discipleship training group for middle and high school students who want to grow strong in real life. We show up, move our bodies, build discipline, and train habits that carry into everyday decisions, relationships, and faith. This is about putting in the work together and becoming steady, confident, and resilient from the inside out. Six Strong is for students who are ready to train for who they’re becoming.
Each one-hour, small-group gathering combines physical workouts, spiritual discipline, and practical discipleship, followed by lunch around the table.

What to know before you come:
- Weekly gatherings will begin in the Chaparral Crossfit Gym
- Upon registration students will receive a waiver that must be signed by parents prior to the attending.
- Wear clothing and shoes for comfortable movement and activity.
